“I paid extra to get the express delivery which said delivery should be 11th December (I needed one of them for the 13th). I was pleasantly surprised when that evening I received an email to say it had been processed and shipped. I watched the tracker and on the Friday it was sitting at a mail distribution centre in Chullora. It didn't arrive until the 14th. Too late as we saw family for Christmas o the 13th . Not your company's fault I suppose but what a waste of money paying for the express delivery! I could have used a promo code and gotten free delivery instead.”
