“Unfortunately there was fraying on the bag plus many large loose threads, not the type you can just cut with scissors and not worry about anymore. I'm talking the type where if you cut it the stitching would come loose. I got in contact with your team and they are replacing the bag for me. Whilst the new one has not yet been received I am very satisfied with the service!”
