“Great quality and strong bag. My only criticism is that the length of the carrying strap is far too long for a young child, but okay for adults and older children. Maybe introduce an adjustable feature, or shorten the strap to just handles.”
“It would be great if some of the products weren't so gender 'stereotypical'. For example, my daughter loves the pink/purple colour tones but was disappointed they couldn't be applied to dinosaurs or trucks or solar system themes.”
“The library bag was lovely - good quality and sturdy - and my son loved the design. The only feedback that I would give is that when the name has been printed on to the bag in red, 2 red ink splots have dropped on to the dinosaur design and are quite obvious. Though it's not the end of the world, this did take away from the overall quality of the product. The only suggestion I would make is that perhaps items need to be checked more thoroughly by staff before being shipped to customers :)”
“Some products did not live up to my expectations for quality, otherwise I was happy with the service. Also, somewhat disappointed to see that the products were made in China - when the site alludes to everything being Australian made and doesn't say anything about Chinese manufacture.”
