“Really impressed with service. I did a fairly late order in school hols and didn't expect to get them before school but they arrived really fast and we had them in time. The products are really great too.”
“Some products did not live up to my expectations for quality, otherwise I was happy with the service. Also, somewhat disappointed to see that the products were made in China - when the site alludes to everything being Australian made and doesn't say anything about Chinese manufacture.”
“Product not delivered within time frame. When I chased it up I was told it had been posted a few days before - well outside the postage time frame stated. Then a week later when it didn't show up, I contacted tiny me again to be told it had been returned to them despite a correct address. I was told it would be express posted that day, but did not receive until 5 days later. I am disappointed I had to constantly follow up, with no explanation, and a limited apology. Despite my happiness with the product I will not order again due to the terrible service.”
