“The iron on name & image was crooked & not centred at all!! To make it worse one whole corner was flapping & not even stuck down so I had to iron it on myself. The handle of the bag is far too long!!! Considering it's a library bag & I would say predominantly kids are using it, it's handle is ridiculously too long for them!!! Very disappointed!!!”
