“I think that overall the website was easy to use and that the product that I ordered is in fine condition. I ordered a set of picture magnets and they turned out really cute but the product itself isn't quite the quality I wanted. When I got the set of 12 magnets, I had to tear them out from the sheet they were printed on and they were kind of flimsy so one or two of the magnets got torn and some had the top printer paper torn off in a way that makes it look like there's paper stuck to the magnet. Plus, I ordered the magnets on December 7th and they didn't get here until the 27th. I can understand them being late because of Christmas, but still it wasn't ideal.”
“I have purchased Instagram magnets from other companies in the past. These were by far the worst ones I've ever received. They were cut very poorly and the magnets are too thin. I'm sure Tinyme has some great products, but I feel like they should rethink their magnet production.”
“I was really disappointed with the magnets. the print colour quality was good but the magnets are really useless- they hardly stay on the fridge and if there is a ever slight curve in them there is no way they stay up. I emailed tiny me twice with no response to my feedback which has been really poor customer service.”
