“I ordered magnetic photo prints and the quality was TERRIBLE. all blurry and out of proportion. I emailed and they said I could return them, which I did, and I have heard nothing since then. No follow-up, no confirmation of receiving my return, no refund. I also ordered packs of the shopping lists and dinner planner which were pretty flimsy and disappointing as well. Won’t be using tinyme again as their products are disappointing and customer service leaves much to be desired.”
“The magnets arrived with out a trouble, look great and are relatively inexpensive. But the quality could be improved, they are very thin, some ripped when trying to remove them from template and I did not realise that they would not work to hold things to the fridge (magnet not strong enough). This is meant to be feedback for the company, not to be posted publicly. Thank you.”
“The magnets are so weak and the paper so think, they get damaged easily. They are also tiny - I won’t be buying again. A refund was offered I just don’t think it’s ok to sell a product when it’s so far from practical in terms of quality and size.”
