“I was a bit frustrated because the stickers I wanted to get to match the lunch box wouldn't allow me to preview the name. I wasn't sure if this meant I couldn't order that design. The computer was in 'waiting' mode for so long and I didn't have time to wait and see so I had to order another design which displayed the preview immediately”
