“I haven't down rated you because it's beyond your control but I thought you should know I was very disappointed in the shipping time - I ordered on a Thursday and delivery was predicted for the following Thursday - I received an email that my parcel had been shipped on the Monday (so allowing 3 days easily for delivery) but then didn't receive it until the following Monday. I'm sure this is an Australia post issue but you might need to revise your shipping estimates - given that I live locally I'll be picking them up next time - I just thought by the time I paid the eastlink tolls it would be just as easy to pay the p&H”
