“This is the last time I will use tinyme. My complaint about the quality of labels was responded to with a grumpy phone message, basically saying " you bought it, so get over it". I was really surprised at the poor quality of the labels, having had positive experiences previously. I was even more surprised at the rude and cranky response to my complaint. Pretty poor strategy on your part.”
