“Unfortunately, the set of labels I received were not scored properly. So I couldn't remove the stickers without using scissors to cut them out. Although replaced promptly, the second set also we're not scored properly if not worse and I am awaiting the next set. I'm not upset about it because machines get blunt but maybe the operators need to check each order to check that it is doing its job. Let's hope for third time lucky.”
