“First lot of labels had 2 issues; 1. peeling as the glue had not adhered to the name label. 2. Those that had adhered I couldn't unpeel from the paper as the machine had not cut them correctly (even tried to cut with scissors). Spent many emails back and forth with customer service to resolve. After the 3rd round labels, labels arrived as expected. however given the slowly slowly approach (we'll replace one sheet at a time it took close to 3 weeks to get my original quantity back). Have bought in the past (twice before) without an issue.”
“Postage charges are massively inflated. So unnecessary when the item ordered only needs one single stamp. Not to be charged at the rate of more than a small parcel.”
