“I can't use the address labels I ordered at all. I did confirm the design online and thought that as a colour combination, legibility would be guaranteed, but you can't see the address. The colour is way too light and I can't send these to Australia with any confidence, therefore I asked customer service for advice and was told I could only be offered a discount on another order. These labels are unusable. It's a shame as they were ordered for packages to my son's Grandma and he was excited to use them. I assumed that you would have made sure the option of white on light blue text was legible. Being a graphic designer myself, I am very aware of legibility issues and was very disappointed that the colour I chose was too faint to use.”
