“I am very happy with the service - my feedback is that the web site is very difficult to navigate and I find I have to call to place my order or get help ... I think some attention to this would be helpful to the customer. also - I did not get lunch boxes this year because I was unhappy with the quality of the three lunch boxes I got last time. the lining was 'scuffed' or 'worn looking' in one and the zippers fell off the other 2 , making them difficult to use. one of the three had a net for the freezer block but the other 2 didn't. I was unhappy with them really.”
