“Terrible customer service. I purchased the canvas as a birthday gift for my 3 year old son. I called before I made the order to ensure that there was sufficient time for it to arrive prior to his birthday. I was assured there was plenty of time and I would receive the canvas in 3 working days worst case. After 3 working days I called to see if it had shipped and was told something had gone wrong and the order had not been processed and would be shipped immediately. I eventually receive the canvas 8 business days later, after my son's birthday. No apology at all.”
“Quick and prompt, however would be good to have an amend colour function on the pencil case design as you have to start from catch if you want to change the base colour.”
