“I'm very impressed by the staff. She was very helpful when I wanted to change what would be printed on one of the name labels that I had already placed the order. However, I'd be happy to give Excellent and the waiting time was not this long. I'm not sure it was because I changed something on my order. Having said that, Tinyme kept me updated on the order status so I knew it was on the way to me.”
“My only suggestion would be that as my order was placed as part of a fund raiser for a childcare centre is would have been nice for the centre to have a few sample products to display to help promote interest and give families something to see in regards to the products available.”
