“Disappointing that the colour distribution of the letters was less than satisfactory with consecutive letters being the same colour. eg. Sophie The S and the o were both red; and the i and the e were both blue. I was going to contact you for replacement letters of different colours but realised that the colour underneath was the same. This reduces the educative value of the product.”
“Beautiful puzzle and wooden box. Only quibble is the structural accuracy of the “i” in my son’s name: it is made in one piece which makes it look like a lower-case “l”. Otherwise, great product.”
