“The puzzle is beautiful. It was quick delivery. The only thing and I appreciate this can’t really be helped is the smell of the burnt wood as you’ve created the detail. It was a strong odour. I tried to air it before sending it to my friend’s child. The smell lingered. Not sure if there is a solution to reduce the odour before it reaches customers. That is my only constructive feedback. Beautiful puzzle though.”
