“This is my second time ordering a name block puzzle from Tinyme. I was very happy the first time (2 years ago) but it seems the quality has changed. I received the puzzle quickly and the online ordering process was very easy. However, when I received the puzzle many of the blocks had marks and the layer of paint was coming off. I understand this damage may be due to shipping, and my puzzle travelled very far (from Australia to Canada), but if something is going that distance I think Tinyme needs to include more protective packaging. My puzzle was only in the felt pouch and the mailing bag. There needs to be bubble wrap and also the puzzle pieces shouldn’t be “in” the puzzle because they shift around and are damaged. I am disappointed this time around especially because I am giving this puzzle as a gift. I hope you’ll take my advice re: shipping, so this doesn’t happen to anyone else! I would like to order again but worry about the quality.”
