“I would have liked them to have a thicker lining and finish isn't as high quality as I had expected. My children are however very pleased with the bags, and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service, the lady I dealt with Ionela was really helpful, understanding and friendly. Live chat is a great feature.
Would love to see group discounts and repeat customer loyalty scheme/points. More special offers and 'reward' type promos would encourage me to buy bags for the following school year.
