“I would have liked them to have a thicker lining and finish isn't as high quality as I had expected. My children are however very pleased with the bags, and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service, the lady I dealt with Ionela was really helpful, understanding and friendly. Live chat is a great feature.
Would love to see group discounts and repeat customer loyalty scheme/points. More special offers and 'reward' type promos would encourage me to buy bags for the following school year.

“The clear coating has not been applied to the whole personalized label. The pattern of the bag has also come through the label. I was more than happy to give back the swim bag for it to be replaced. As the products are personalized I was advised to keep it and it would be replaced free of charge. I have still not received the replacement bag.”
