“Appearance of drink bottles were great, but the 'open'/'close' writing on the twist top washed off during the first wash. The lid is also quite hard to click on, especially for the kids.”

The new deign is just terrible...the lid doesn't ever connect to the bottle so it is always open. The lid on one of the bottles i bought won't screw on correctly so every time Charly used it she would get water all over herself. It is now no longer used. The twist design is also terrible, it actually 'indents' in which also leaks water all over her face. I will be asking for a refund or replacement please. I look forward to hearing from you.”
“The lid broke within 2 weeks of use so bottle can no longer be used. I purchased it for my granddaughter to use at childcare that she attends 2 days a week. The lid broke after the bottle was used 4 times only.”
