“Service was good. I didn't like the fact that I had issues with combining more than a few products in one order. For example and wanted to order 2 personalised drink bottles but it kept coming up with the same style for both and I couldn't personalise 2 different bottles. I then chose to proceed with completing a separate order for 1 drink bottle and then that item was delayed by 2 weeks in being sent to me. I contact customer service and they were very responsive. I was disappointed that I had to pay 2 separate delivery fees for something I ordered at the same time and had a 2 week delay.”
“My daughter has already broken the flap part that attaches to the closing lid. maybe a flexible plastic instead of a stiff plastic might see that wear better.
Love love love the open & close part on the drink bottle. No leaking. Finally found a product”
