“Dealing with the company was great however australia post took over a week to deliver the package from the time it was despatched and then when the package was delivered, even though i was at home and my front door was open, the driver just left it on the front doorstep without even ringing the bell or knocking to alert us to it being there. Other courier companies like DHL provide much faster and courteous service.”
