Tozai “Typhoon” is really great sake, and it must be pair with shellfish or Cheese. If you like Tozai, we also have some more series of Tozai. I believe you also like other Tozai too!
“This sake has a very pronounced alcohol smell and taste with less of the flavor character of most other sake types. It works alright by itself, but I would say typhoon is much better suited as a mixer for various sake cocktails with it's clean, not too dry, alcohol taste.”
