I get to try other types of sake at random, and it comes with cards to help remember which ones you tries just in case you wanted more. The cards also say how to server it, what it pairs with, and other information like the origins of it. Overall I'm glad I decided to try it out.”

“My first box was amazing - I had one Sake that I loved and the other two were ones that I've seen before and was wondering. One of them was very good, and following the directions on temp, made it more enjoyable. I wish there was a bit more guidance on pairing and more exact temperature recommendations, however, the sampling was fun. A family member signed up a few days later and got 2 different ones, so I am curious how these are selected and why each box is different in same month.”

As for your concern about the line-up, it can change during the same month depending on availability as some Sake are quite rare and not even available in Japan.
