A fine sake for the price, rather slight and light w a peppery finish.

Hi, Thank you so much for your review. Denshin “Yuki” is taste like mango strawberry, so it must be pair with shrimp/crab. If you would like to drink more light or dry sake, I recommend that Kubota “Senju” which tastes like melon or lemon.

I really enjoyed this! We deviated from the suggested pairing, and it went magnificently with a medium-rare burger with gouda and an onion jam. Looking forward to trying it again with seafood.

Very enjoyable at a good price. Sweeter than I generally like, but pretty good. I preferred this one warm.
