“An extremely versatile under $30 bottle. I really enjoyed it best at about 60 degrees, but we also tried it chilled as well. At normal room temperature ranges it has that rich rice field texture described and a smooth finish with mild aromas. Chilled it is smoother but sweeter on the palate with much heavier fruit aromas. Paired well warm with lemongrass chicken, cold with nigiri.”
