“Clean and fresh nose. Super sweet on the tip of the tongue, but delightfully not syrupy. Notes of lychee, green apple and banana, but finishes relatively dry. Finish is clean and balanced with a slight lingering honeydew quality”
“An excellent sake. In the glass it is a slightly pale yellow like straw. The nose is rich with anise and hints of melon. When you taste this lovely sake melon assails your senses, followed by a hint of anise and a peppery tail. This is a sake to be enjoyed with or without a meal.”
