“This honjozo has a soft, velvety texture which I find to be wonderful. The aroma is like a grassy field full of wildflowers. Diving in, there's an assortment of fruits in here, some minerality on the back end, and everything is wrapped in mint leaves. Lots of mint. Too much mint? Maybe. Either way, its a unique and complex sake that's worth giving a shot.”
