“This sake is more on the sweet side. Notes of dark berries, red grapes and some red apple maybe. It’s got a strong alcohol bite when drank at room temp. Slightly more earthy on the nose, a bit sweeter and less bite as you get it colder. A little too strong for my taste but overall not bad. I would probably pair this with something rich in flavor like a steak or pork dish.”
