When chilled, it is a nice sipper with a very clean finish. Liked it!

Absolutely delicious, lightly sweet and flavorful. Very good as an aperitiff drink. We had it at room temperature with thai food and it complimented it perfectly.

I'm trying this sake for the third time tonight, and finally having it warm. Each time, it has been a treat. The flavors are mellow and subtle, very faintly herbal. I can't stay away!

Crisp, light sweetness. Pleasant and delicate. Perfect to warm your heart on a dreary, cold rainy day before the warming of spring comes. An utter delight slightly cooled. Easily worth it to save when you need something pleasant to make your day a bit brighter with a single glass.

A Special delicate Ginjo, look for a gentle collection of floral aroma and a licorice touch. Does very well chilled in a mid-sized glass that brings forth a lot of umami and a hidden sweetness but I also enjoyed it warm at 85-90oF
