“I love Shichida Junmai, so was excited to try the "yamahai umakuchi". It was fantastic! A super-interesting sake which almost seems shochu-like. The yamahai stood up to Korean barbecue and would be delicious with any full-flavored meals. Highly recommended as a contrast to more delicate sakes.”
