“A full-bodied, fruity, really interesting junmai. With its higher alcohol content and solid mouthfeel, it stood up to, and complemented, kimchi buta. If you're looking for a delicious junmai-shu on the rich side, especially to have with bold meals, this is well worth trying.”

Shichida “Junmai” is so much fruity and clean sake. It taste Banana, so it pair with some seafoods and grilled meat.
“This is a hard one to review for me. Overall this is a good sake. It was is quality crafted and easy to recommend to others. But for me, it's lacking "interest".”
