“November 17, 2020. Served it cold (as suggested). Immediately noticed it is THICK. It is noticeably more syrupy on the tongue than, say, a ~$25 bottle of sake. Way thicker than Dassai. Super clean from first sip to finish. No off notes at all. Accurate Tippsy description. Sweet is not prominent. Dry, but the "thickness" adds richness. This is a nice bottle. Would buy again.”
