Complex but incredible. Great sipping sake.

Complex, lively taste — no doubt because it is a nama — luscious mouthfeel, and fruity lingering finish. Great for sipping, as I am doing now.

The first nama-zake I've tried from Tippsysake, Hazuki is a delight. Just by chance, I had it with teriyaki pork like the description recommends. Hazuki's floral freshness was perfect. Please also try it chilled, from a wine glass. Delicious.

Floral, high-toned aromas with unripe lemon. Smooth palate with mellow flowers, unripe melons, mild sweetness but finishes with a nice bitterness.

This is what I'm looking for in a sake. It was exquisite. Nama sake is alive! The flavors really excite the palate, and it's character changes as you drink the bottle. Unfortunately, I cannot give tasting notes because it's been too long since I drank this, but it is highly recommended.

Delicious floral and fruity sake. It pairs great with some Chinese food to add some funk to the meal.
