“Light, sweet, and fruity. May be too sweet for some drinkers, but probably a good entry point for people new to the flavor of sake. It's not in the recommended pairings but I think it could go well with dessert like lychee or mochi.”

Hi Lex, Thank you so much for your review. Yes, Hakutsuru “Shoun” is good for entry sake. It has basic point of sake, so it is easy to drink it!
