Hakutsuru “Draft” is one of the most popular sake on our website because of balance, so it often be out of stock. This sake is so much clean and smooth sake, so it must be pair with meat.
“This is delicious. I love everything I have tried from Hakutsuru and it is really hard to pick a favorite since they are all my favorites. This has a very unique, tropical, crisp flavor. I can get lost in the taste and smell. This sake is very inexpensive but the flavor is just as wonderful and amazing as some of the higher priced sake. I prefer this to some of those I have tried. I absolutely love this! This is the second bottle I have purchased and it will not be my last. Do not hesitate to purchase this, it has great reviews for a reason.”
