Sweet with a strawberry-like flavor this is a fantastic summer-time sake! I bought it to celebrate my graduation from Grad school! So delish!

Great sake. Not physically sweet like a desert wine but a hint of sweetness and aromatics. Creamy, goes down smooth and leaves no aftertaste. Hints of Sakura, rose and strawberry or melon. Paired great with meats, savory foods and deserts as well. Such a great smell too

This sake fell short of my expectations for a sweet & rich sake. It is very rich and creamy, but I wouldn't say sweet. I didn't taste strawberry at all when drinking it. So, it was a huge let down for me in my opinion it was more on the dry & rich side.

Thank you for your review, Jenna! Our sake category (Taste Matrics) is determined by sake's acidity and Sake Meter Value (sweetness/dryness). However, as you know, the definition of sweetness is very complex with sake and flavors could be affected by many factors (such as temperature and the food you pair with). So you might find some sake doesn't fit in the matrics depending on your palate and flavor preference. We truly appreciate your feedback! If you need any suggestions or assistance with choosing a right bottle, please feel free to reach out to us!
