“Shichida “Junmai Daiginjo” was a selection in the new membership club. We are just going to pick random selections by Tippsy and keep trying them. This is an outstanding Sake and is one of the better Junmai Daiginjo's we have had to date. This was a splurge but worth every cent. Wow! All of us were able to taste the notes of peach and violet. Highly recommended!!”

“Well made, loads of light honeydew melon, white peach, a lovely textured finish, with a soft saline/chalk note. Great by itself, but much better with some simple white fleshed fish sashimi. A powerhouse for the price I paid ($45 Portland, OR)”

Shichida is made in SAGA where is KYUSHU prefecture. It is sweet sake like a banana. I hope it pair with salty foods or seafoods!
