“I'm not sure where the line is for being termed Nigori sake as I've seen some (like this one) that appear to be clear. The sediments give sake more body and texture, some might say chalky; this one goes w/ food very easily, especially spicy food. I highly recommend this one; the sweetness and refreshing acidity are beautifully balanced.”
