Definitely strong dry flavor, but a nice juicyness cuts through.

Fruity and dry, but definitely premium and pairs well with light seafood.

Dry taste with nice flavors and fast finish. Very nice choice and correct as on the flavor chart.

This was my first experience with a Ginjo when I was in Japan. Very good flavors but not quite what I look for in sake (I prefer sweeter).

This was absolutely delicious served chilled. So easy to drink with a light flavor. Goes down like water! When served warm (against recommendation) this sake tastes sweet... I would say like spiced vanilla. Worth a try, but I recommend it cold. Room temp was OK, not my personal favorite for this drink. Would buy again to keep in the fridge!

Can’t quite describe what I didn’t enjoy about it. It had an odd silky characteristic. There was umami, but not the kind I enjoyed, a little sweet. Got better as I drank it, but still would not have again.

I find the dry sake profile agrees more with my pallet that sweeter options. Aiyu had a nice mouthfeel, bright flavour, and a nice finish that didn’t linger. A solid choice.
