“This was absolutely delicious served chilled. So easy to drink with a light flavor. Goes down like water! When served warm (against recommendation) this sake tastes sweet... I would say like spiced vanilla. Worth a try, but I recommend it cold. Room temp was OK, not my personal favorite for this drink. Would buy again to keep in the fridge!”
“Can’t quite describe what I didn’t enjoy about it. It had an odd silky characteristic. There was umami, but not the kind I enjoyed, a little sweet. Got better as I drank it, but still would not have again.”
