Thank you for your review, Jerry! Everyone has different notes on tasting and it is interesting to know Dassai 23 on some notes taste like a beer to you. It usually taste as very subtle, clean, smooth, rich&sweet rice sake, if you find its odd to taste like beer, do not hesitate to reach out to us for any concern!
