“I kept this bottle aside to remind myself to write a review .. some time has passed and I can't exactly remember what it was like, other that I really liked it. the bottle says "clean and refreshing with naturally full-bodied flavors of rice complemented by a dry finish." I am sure they are right.”
“To me, this is a pleasant everyday sake. Chilled it had an earthy depth, which was nice, but overall, I felt the taste was a little lackluster. As it warmed up, it had a much richer flavor and some of its sweetness came out. I definitely enjoyed this one more warmed than chilled.”
