“I was going to give this sake 3, maybe 4 stars. It starts a bit bold for my taste, but Dad didn't raise any quitters. I poured another glass. I don't know if it needed to breathe a bit or if the food I was eating paired well with it (chili dogs...yes, chili dogs, with a spicy chili), but it mellowed out, became a bit smoother. It was excellent. I'll be purchasing again.”
