“This is a classically "great" sake, however after developing a more refine sake palate, I've realized that it's very basic and too sweet. Funny how at the beginning I thought it was amazing, and now I can't stand it!
I'd say that overall it's a great starter sake.”

Thank you so much for your review. Dassai “45” is fruity and clean sake. We have some other Dassai series on our website. If you would like to drink some dry sake, I recommend that Otokoyama which is dry and heavy sake.

Thank you so much for your review. Yes, DASSAI is so clean and fruity , but it is a little bit dry sake. We have a more DASSAI series on our website. If you would like to drink more sweet one, I recommend that PLUM or YUZU assorted set! It is more fruity like an aroma!
