Thank you so much for your review! This sake is very clean and light, so it is easy to drink and much pair with spicy meals. There are many other dishes to match. The bottle is designed to be simple. I recommend drinking in a cold temperature, but it may be fun to try different temperatures.

Yes, Jozen is clean and kind of dry sake, but it is easy to drink because it smooth. We also have Jozen Aqua which is blue bottle. It is also easy to drink and pair with anything. I hope you will love it too!

“A new favorite of mine. The "green" wasn't my thing, but this "white" is heaven. One of the most even-keeled sakes I've had Stateside. Compares to the pure water sake you get exclusively in Kyoto shrines. Currently my go-to everyday sake. Unless you like 'em rich and thick only, you will love this bottle.”
