“Part of my subscription box, this was very meh for me. At room temperature I actually do not find it pleasant, rather bitter actually. Cold it was a bit better, I did not try it warm. Overall I would probably not get it again.”
“Got this in the monthly box, but I have had it before. I really enjoy very dry sake (kariho-namahage anyone?) and I find this one just sort of meh. The bitter note isn’t balancing at room temp, and overall the sake is equally better warm or cold. I know many folks who like this sake very much, so if you like dry, it’s worth a try, but for me not earth shaking amongst very dry sake.”
