“Light and dry as advertised but richly flavored, just fantastic. Paired perfectly with sautéd fresh cod with lemon and lightly fried risotto cake. Delicious as an aperitif before dinner as well. Nice herbal notes.”
“This sake is very nice when paired with oysters, and especially warmed up it's a fairly smooth drink. I was underwhelmed by its flavor when drinking it cold, a little harsher than I would've liked. Overall would buy it again but then as a designated warm sake in my collection!”
