very nice. I'm not sure I would have found the creaminess, notes of melon and tart strawberries if I hadn't been prompted by the label, but with the seeds sown in my mind, I had to agree. A friendly sake.

II tried this one chilled and really enjoyed it. This had the right amount of sweetness for me and I found it easy to drink. I can see why this is frequently on the best seller list. If you are trying different sake from each category, this bottle is a honjozo you should try.

I tried this both chilled and warmed. Chilled, the sake had a smooth and slightly sweet taste, very balanced. I served it warm with miso-glazed monkfish and the flavor was more robust and aromatic. I do like it chilled better and as another reviewer said, the bottle design is great!

The bottle design is their old-school design, you might see this style on sake barrels at temples and shrines in Japan. We love that you tried this in various temperatures! Thank you for your review.

A splendid fruity dry flavor that is good chilled. I enjoyed with a hot meal (seafood). The bottle is a fun old fashioned design as well.
